The Vantage Central Management Team support all our retail and aftersales operations, refining our processes and infrastructure to perform at its best.

Each department requires a different skill set but everyone is working towards the same goal. Learn more about the different functions within our Central Team and see where your expertise would fit best.

Central Team have a Passion to Please

As a forward-thinking company, our Central Team our key.

Our roles within the Central Team are agile. Regularly visiting our centres on a daily basis across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria and the West Midlands maybe even a few a day so organisation comes naturally to those that hot desk, supporting centres that need it most.

Other roles require less traveling including the Contact Centre, based in Preston, and often our Accountants which are based at various Vantage dealerships throughout the country.

Wherever a Central Team member works from, and whatever their specialist field may be, they ensure they work with every dealership within the Group and each other to reach our goals.
