We were delighted to see this lovely email from Mr Pearshouse drop into our inbox this week. Read more below...
"On Saturday my wife and I had occasion to visit your showroom in the interest of looking to exchange our car. We had already visited other manufacturers showrooms and whilst liking some of the vehicles we saw, we were both put off by the staff's dreadful lack of customer focus, each time making you feel as if they were doing you a favour by letting you visit them. However, when we walked into your showroom, the contrast couldn't have been more noticeable.
We were first greeted by Mr Mike Smith who was a complete gentleman and whilst he was busy with another customer, took the time to introduce himself and settle us down in a 'pod' and arranged for a cup of coffee for us both. He then apologetically excused himself to deal with his other customers, but before doing so he introduced us to Mr Fran Smith.
Mr Fran Smith was another gentleman, polite and courteous and he guided us through what we needed and wanted to know about the various models. Nothing was too much trouble and he patiently explained all the finer details. This resulted in us buying the Rav 4 that you had in the showroom. Since taking charge of the car on Good Friday (25th) I have discovered a couple of snagging points (as are expected on new vehicles) and Fran has assured me he will get them sorted and I have full confidence that he will.
Having once worked in a customer based environment, I fully understand what 'going that extra mile' means and I would just like to say that these two members of your staff have truly excelled in that and I would like you thank them on our behalf for making our experience and enjoyable one.
