Our Service Booking Team are an integral part of Vantage Motor Group who understand the importance of building a strong relationship with all our customers. We put as much emphasis on the small details as on those bigger issues of maintaining your car, to ensure that you and your car have the best possible experience with us for as long as you own it.
· The team are available at convenient hours 6 days a week. From 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am - 4:30pm on a Saturday.
· Convenient reminders when work is due. The team will call you a month before work is due to remind you and offer you a convenient appointment.
· If the team can't get hold of you, we will send you a written reminder so that you can contact us when you are ready.
·As an extension of our Service Centres, our team can organise a courtesy car or collection service if you need one, to ensure getting work done on your car is as easy and convenient for you as possible.
