Hyundai Stockport were again thrilled to receive some fantastic feedback and thanks from a customer last week. Mrs Penny had been in previously to see the team as her Hyundai ix35 needed it's 2nd year service. Mrs Penny was met for the first time by Service Advisor Lisa Connor, as a first time customer to Vantage Hyundai Stockport the team were keen to make her feel welcome and immediately part of our family. Lisa was quick to reassure Mrs Penny that her car would be in good hands and to explain what the process would be from there out. Hyundai trained technician Ian Blakeley, worked on Mrs Penny's car using the best technology, only Hyundai parts to ensure he worked to the highest standards which both Vantage and Hyundai pride themselves on.
Vantage has an ethos which is focused on every member of staff have a passion to please every customer who walks through the door, so to hear such positive feedback from Mrs Penny was really great for everyone at Vantage Stockport and across the rest of the group.
