"Your branch never ceases pleasing me! Isn't it nice to be able to say that about a company?
I have just arrived home from Colne where your service department carried out, what I have today learned is called a Visual Safety Check. I didn't know you did such a thing!
I spoke earlier with Kim on your Service Desk and pointed out that I am driving down to Spain in a couple of weeks time and wondered if your service department could check over my oil, brake fluid, washer levels, etc., before I went driving 4000 miles across Europe. She told me your company would be happy to provide such a service as I am in between full service mileage.
I enjoyed the courtesy of your tea and coffee whilst I read my paper and waited in your comfortable reception area.
The work was completed in under a couple of hours and you also washed and vacuumed out my car. Kim gave me a full written report and I am coming back next Wednesday to have new front brake pads fitted.
I was quite taken-back when Kim didn't present me with a bill or ask for any payment! I told her that I assumed I would be paying for the service work along with the cost of fitting the new brake pads next Wednesday? But she said "no" - only for the brake pad work as the rest is just part of our service to customers.
So, Vantage Colne, I want to say a very big "thank you" for providing such excellent service and customer care.
I have bought two cars from you over the last two years and both have been excellent value and have run trouble-free. Furthermore, the service that I received from two different salesmen when buying the cars was second to none.
The RAV4 that I am enjoying at the moment is about my 8th Toyota and I find it one of the nicest drives I can remember. I shall certainly be coming to Vantage Colne for my next car."
