Before you collect your courtesy car

Please remember that we will need to perform a check on your driving licence if you are borrowing a courtesy vehicle. We can do this one of two ways:

You provide us with your photo card driving licence and a driving licence check code, which you can obtain by clicking here. (please note you will need your driving licence and NI number to obtain this check code)

If you don’t have the opportunity to obtain the check code in advance of your visits, we will give you access to a computer, so you can obtain this check code when collecting your courtesy car (please remember, you will still need your NI number and photo card driving licence. If you need assistance in doing this, with your permission, we will clearly help)

Please note that we are unable to loan vehicles without performing a driver’s licence check first and you must be at least 21 years old.

Please be aware that check codes are valid for 21 days, you can only use the code once - you have to get another code to do another check.
