Online Application Process

Our application is really simple and should only take 5 to 10 minutes. Follow the below steps:

  1. On the job advert click ‘Apply Now’ in the top right-hand corner. This will automatically open a pop up box in the middle of your screen.
  2. There are three main sections to the application form – personal, applicant questions and file upload.
  3. On the first page please complete your full name, email address and contact details. We’ll use these to contact you if your application is successful so ensure all the information is accurate. Once you have completed these click ‘Next’ in the bottom right hand corner.
  4. This will then move you through to the questions that support your application. Ensure you click the drop down menu and select the relevant answer. Please answer these questions honestly and enter comments in the boxes as and when required.
  5. Lastly you will be asked to complete a few questions around diversity, these will have no impact on your application but help us to understand how we are doing at recruiting a diverse workforce.
  6. Next you will reach the file upload section. Ensure you upload a detailed CV with full details of your experience showcasing your transferable skills for the role. If your CV is not complete it’s difficult for us see if you would be a fit for the position.
  7. If you really want to impress us upload a cover letter specificially mentioning why you would like to work for Vantage and why the role has particularly interested you. This may take longer to apply but could make all the difference when our hiring managers are reviewing applications.
  8. Once you have uploaded your CV and cover letter click ‘Next’. You will then receive a pop up confirming your application has been successfully sent. You should also receive an email confirming we have received it.
