It's National Apprenticeship Week 2024 and we're celebrating our apprentices!

At Vantage Motor Group, we take pride in our skilled apprentices and our excellent apprenticeship scheme!

Currently we have 22 apprentices across our centres, training to specialise with Toyota, Lexus or Kia, as well as 6 former apprentices who qualified and continue to work with us.

As apprentices are so important to us, we pay a wage currently far above the minimum for apprentices and tools and toolboxes are gifted to all our apprentices, giving them a head start in the trade and building their own collection of tools. Up to £10,000 in loyalty bonuses are available to our apprenticeships throughout their career with us, if they choose to stay with Vantage after qualifying.

Through our apprenticeships, students receive a qualification in:

Apprenticeship Standard Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle) Level 3
Level 2 Function skills – Math and English
Level 3 Award in Automotive Refrigerant Handling
Level 2 Award in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Operation and Maintenance
