The Bamber's Become Friends of Vantage

At Vantage Motor Group we enjoy building relationships with our customers, starting from when they first walk into the dealership looking for a new car, to owning the vehicle and even when they look for their next car. Our sales team members are genuinely interested in finding out all about their customers so they can ensure they always deliver the best customer experience.

In 2013 Vantage acquired two Citroen Centres, one in Morecambe and Kendal both originally called John Wilding Limited. Since the change, we have worked hard to make sure that both members of staff and customers were made to feel welcomed into the Vantage family.

Therefore, we were really happy to hear this great story from Sales Team member Declan Wilding (an original John Wilding descendant) about the Bamber's who were loyal John Wilding customers in Morecambe.

The Bamber family bought their previous Citroen C3 VTR+ from John Wilding Citroen and continued to get it serviced by the Vantage team after the switch. Declan first spoke to Mr Bamber whilst he was waiting for his car to be serviced about how they were getting on with their Citroen C3.

"Mr Bamber liked everything about the Citroen C3 and also that the new one he would only be paying £20 tax. He also liked the idea that the new Citroen C3 engine is extremely fuel efficient so was interested to see what kind of MPG he would get out of it."

The Bamber's later came back to see Declan to discuss their options. After this second meeting they decided to upgrade to a limited edition C3 'Selection'. Featuring Bluetooth handsfree, chrome door handles and LED Daytime Running Lights.

When Mr and Mrs Bamber came to collect their new vehicle they thanked Declan for his help Mrs Bamber was particularly impressed.

"I don't usually like car salesman but I love the way Declan made this process so simple for us, we have really enjoyed buying our new car."
