What is included?

What are the cost benefits?

You save £329.80 when compared to purchasing all elements separately. The bundle also unlocks Lexus Reserve, which is not available to purchase separately and is exclusive to this package.

What is Lexus Reserve?

Lexus Reserve offers you peace of mind for longer journeys. As an EV owner, you are entitled to 42 days of access to a hybrid Lexus vehicle over three years, perfect for long-distance family trips or holidays. Find out more and read the terms and conditions here.

Can I cancel my bundle?

After purchasing your bundle, you may cancel within 14 days. However, if any element has already been used, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

(Example: £1,395 Bundle Price - £895 Wall Box = £500 Refund).

Can I buy each element separately?

You may purchase the Wall Box and Service Plan Plus separately. Lexus Reserve is an exclusive benefit only for customers who purchase the bundle.

What if I already have a service plan?

This bundle is designed for new agreements and cannot be added to existing plans. If you wish to switch to this bundle, please get in touch with our Service Plan administration team on 0330 099 6826 to discuss your options.

Can I purchase the bundle if I am buying a used EV?

Unfortunately, this bundle is only available for customers purchasing a new All-Electric Lexus. However, you may purchase HomeCharge and Service Plan Plus separately for our range of Used EVs.

How long does this offer last?

This offer is available until 31st March 2026.

How long do I have to purchase the bundle when I order my Lexus EV?

You can purchase the Lexus EV Bundle at any point after taking ownership of your Lexus electric vehicle, as long as the offer is redeemed within the promotional period ending 31st March 2026.

Offer available to UK Lexus retail customers aged 25+ from 16 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 on select Eligible Vehicles, subject to eligibility criteria.
