We are now thrilled to announce that we are using an online sales platform that allows you to buy and reserve your next used vehicle online.
Our Operations Director, Andrew Mallory, said:

We already have a Customer Contact Team set up at Vantage Central services who will be handling all customer enquiries coming from the platform and making sure that they are offering the best support possible for those who wish to buy or reserve online. As the demand for the platform grows, we expect to expand our team to make sure we are providing the right framework to support the increase in enquiries.
This platform will allow our customers to complete the entire buying process online, including using our part exchange widget to value their existing vehicle and arrange finance for their purchase.
We are working closely with our manufacturer partners to ensure that our customers receive a speedy decision on their finance applications, this should keep the process moving forward smoothly, preventing any delays in progress.
Many people will still wish to come and visit our lovely teams in their centres, and those more traditional methods of buying will of course still be available. This platform will allow those who either struggle to find the time to visit our centres or those who prefer an online buying experience to have full access to buy our vehicles at their own convenience and in the easiest manner.
We’re very proud to have recognised the need for the platform and sought a solid solution to make sure we are offering effective solutions for all of customers, whether they take a more traditional route or they want to embrace our new online buying experience.
