Join us in raising money for Cash for Kids

On the 12th October 2019, our Marketing Executive Anush took part in 'Drop the Boss' and braved a 160ft bungee jump in order to raise money for Cash For Kids.

With support from friends, family and the wider team at Vantage, Anush managed to raise an excellent £245.00 for the charity, allowing her to reach 122% of her target.

As well as Anush, six others got together to raise money and support Radio Aire's Cash for Kids in West Yorkshire to make a real difference to the lives of local children and young people. Collectively between the seven of them, they raised just under £2,000.

Everything raised in our area stays in our area, with a focus on alleviating poverty, supporting disability and improving quality of life.

What is ‘Drop the Boss?’

Drop the boss was a fun way for you and your work friends to get together, raise £200 and drop your boss off something… REALLY BIG!

They took on a terrifying 160ft bungee jump IN THE DARK at The Abyss @ Magna Science Centre.

It was the ultimate chance to see your *boss feeling the fear!

* You didn't have to be a boss to take on the challenge - you could always nominate yourself!

Either way, it would be great for people to take part in this exciting event on Saturday 12th October, and to help raise vital funds for local sick, disabled and disadvantaged children.
