Million Makers Marvellous Rally For charity

Vantage raised an amazing £19,324 for The Prince's Trust

The millions makers campaign challenges businesses to raise £10,000 within a six month period with the total raised going towards a national target of £1,000,000. This money goes to transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people across the country.

The 22 teams were competing against each other to get the best time across the 570 mile route. Whilst using telematics to maintain a safe diving style throughout. All team together raised an impressive grand total of £19,324 with each car taking part having already secured sponsorship through local donors who added their branding to the race-day cars.

Last year, Vantage became a Patron of The Prince’s Trust so we're eager to get stuck in raising money for them.

Our Director's said: “The tour is all about raising money for The Prince’s Trust, an organisation which is instrumental in giving young people the head starts they need in their careers, regardless of their background or experience.

As a business, we’ve experienced first-hand the incredible work the charity does on a day-to-day basis and hope the funds we raised along our dealership tour will support the Trust’s objectives of helping young people access employment. I am very proud of all the Vantage colleagues involved and the money they’ve raised.”

In addition to this, all cars which took part in the dealership tour are going to be auctioned off by Independent Motor Auctions with all money raised going to The Prince’s Trust.

Vantage has also raised over £7,000 via its Just Giving page through one off donations in addition to the money collected from race car sponsors. This will go towards the overall target of £1,000,000 which is being raised by businesses across the country as part of the Million Makers campaign.
