IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION 

Thank you for choosing Vantage, we hope you understand that to deliver a safe environment for both our customers and team members, we have had to implement changes following the Governments latest advice regarding COVID-19. 

Please ensure you read the below information before your appointment outlining our new procedures.​

PREAPPOINTMENT

Before visiting our Service Department, please ensure you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle, and for the safety of our colleagues, we ask that your car is cleaned to a reasonable standard. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either ask you to rebook or charge for a Deep Clean Valet before our team members can carry out any work on the vehicle.

We are operating a strict by appointment only service so please can you ensure you arrive on time so we can deliver the best and safest experience.

YOUR VISIT

On arrival, please park in the designated customer bays and proceed to the main entrance. We are stipulating that only one adult enters the showroom, children may attend if they are not able to stay at home.

Once in the showroom, you will be met by our Host or signposted to wait for assistance. At this point, we will check your car in to be serviced and asked you to place your key in a provided sealed plastic bag.

Whilst in the showroom, we ask you to remain a safe two metre distance from our other customers and our colleagues. We have placed clear markings on the floor to help you with this. Also, a one-way system has been marked clearly in the showroom so when leaving, you will be directed through the designated exit.

Regrettably, we are no longer able to serve refreshments, but you are welcome to bring your own.

VEHICLE COLLECTION AND PAYMENT

One of our team members will call you to let you know when your vehicle is ready and go through any work carried out, any documentation will be emailed to you including the invoice.

With regards to payment, we can no longer accept cash, transactions will need to be paid for by card or bank transfer before the collection of your vehicle. Alternatively, we accept Apple Pay or Contactless when applicable.

If you have a Service Plan, you do not need to worry about paying for your service at the centre as the cost is spread over monthly instalments. If you have not got a Service Plan but would like more information, please call us for details.

When you collect your vehicle, please follow the same guidelines as to when you arrived. Your car will have been fully sanitised before collection and parked in a designated bay.

APPOINTMENT CHECKLIST

  • Remove all contents from your vehicle.
  • Ensure your car is cleaned to a reasonable standard.
  • Bring your own refreshments if required.
  • Aim to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

If you or anyone in your household do experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19, please do not hesitate to reschedule your appointment with us. Even if you are well and want to wear personal protective equipment to your appointment, we will not be offended.
