To give you complete peace on mind when embarking on journeys, we are offering £245 worth of Škoda Roadside Assistance which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customers who are coming in for their third to tenth Oil and Inspection Service are eligible for a complimentary year of full UK and European Roadside Assistance, meaning you can enjoy your Škoda worry-free even when traveling in Europe.

The SARA program is flexible and available to help you in unexpected situations. If your vehicle breaks down, simply call us and we’ll get someone out to you as fast as we can. If we’re unable to fix the problem there and then, we will transport your car to a local Škoda dealer or to a relevant repairer. Rest assured, you'll be in safe hands as our specially-trained technicians will only use the best Škoda tools and parts to get you back on the road again. Our technicians are also trained to provide assistance for electric vehicles. Additionally, you can receive assistance if you break down near or at home, thanks to Home-Start which provides all the benefits of Roadside Assistance at your home address.
