What should you do if you're in an accident?

At Vantage Honda we appreciate that having an accident, even a little bump, can be extremely upsetting, worrying and stressful. Follow the steps below to help negotiate the situation calmly and effectively.

  1. Call Honda Accident Assist on 0800 521 728, select option 2 and speak to a member of the Accident Management Team who will help to guide you throughout the process.
  2. Stay calm, move to a safe place and don't get involved in an argument.
  3. Don't admit responsibility.
  4. Exchange contact details and insurance details with anyone involved in the accident.
  5. Take names and contact details of any witnesses.
  6. If possible photograph the scene of the collision and note where the vehicles collided. Take photos of any damage to your vehicle or third party vehicles.
