Free Home Delivery

We offer a free delivery service* which allows you to buy and receive your new car from the comfort of your own home. You can choose a car from any of our 14 Centres and receive free delivery if you're within a 50-mile radius. Delivery will be carried out by a driver provided with strict safety instructions and PPE. If you would prefer a transporter, please ask us for a quote. Our team are on hand to go through all the vehicle features and answer any questions you may have. This appointment can take place in our showroom or we can arrange a virtual handover appointment via Zoom.

Click & Collect Service

Take advantage of our easy Click and Collect Service available to pick up your new car. Here is how it works:

1.Once you have selected your vehicle of choice, our sales team will take you through all your finance options and assist with completing the relevant paperwork. This can all be done remotely.

2.Then all you need to do is a pick a convenient time for a contactless handover of your vehicle safely from the centre at our dedicated Click and Collect area.

3.Post collection, we will follow up, or you can contact us if you have any questions regarding the vehicle. We can send you ‘how to’ videos or even schedule a video call.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We know buying a car can be a big decision, so to give you complete peace of mind, we are giving our Click and Collect and Home Delivery customers, two whole weeks to make sure the car is right for you. If the car is not what you expected, you can return it and get a full refund.

Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

*Within 50-mile radius of the Centre. Anything over 50 miles is charged at £2 per mile or minimum £100.

Vehicle Cancellation Terms & Conditions

This cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you take delivery. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Agreement in writing by a clear statement to the email address below within 14 days.

If you cancel this Agreement, we will reimburse you all payments received directly from you under this Agreement within 14 days. Subject to:

1.Any outstanding finance has been settled by you directly with the lender

2.We will make a deduction of £1.50 for each mile over 250 covered during your ownership.

3.It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the vehicle back at your own expense.

4.We will deduct charges for cleaning and damage if the vehicle is not returned in the same condition as it was supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the vehicle back. You should return the vehicle to the branch where you purchased it, without undue delay and in any event not later than 3 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this Agreement to us.

If the V5 has not yet been received and cannot be returned with the car, a sum of £250 shall be retained from the refund until the original V5 is provided, or the dealership can submit the registered keeper change online.

You must take reasonable care of the vehicle and will be responsible for any loss or damage from when it is delivered to you until when it is returned to us.

You are liable for any diminished value of the vehicle resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the vehicle.

Any part-exchange vehicles will be paid at the agreed valuation on the Original Sale Invoice unless a return of the part-exchange vehicle is agreed. Any return of the part-exchange vehicle would be without any liability for the condition of the part-exchange.

Distance Selling Terms and Conditions

If, and only if, the Customer has acted as an individual (including sole traders) acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession and this Agreement has been completed without any face to face contact between us and you, or anyone acting on your or our respective behalf, you may give the notice to cancel this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party on your behalf, takes delivery or otherwise acquires physical possession of the vehicle. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Agreement emailing the above statement completed to feedback@vantagemotorgroup.co.uk. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication confirming your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you cancel this Agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received directly from you under this Agreement, without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the vehicle back subject to the following conditions being met. 1.
