Vantage Honda Barnsley has teamed up with local football team, Brampton United Junior Football Club, creating our newest partnership and sponsoring the Under 8 squad's new kit, donating £600 to equip them with Vantage and Honda branded football shirts. Brampton United JFC was establised in 2013, by a group of local residents with the aim to provide grassroots football for members of the local community aged from 7 to 11-years-old.
The partnership between Vantage Honda and Brampton United JFC has been brought to life by Andy Clarke, our Group Sales Development manager, who approached the club where his son is a key player.
Andy said, "We are always looking for ways to contribute to the local community and the partnership with Brampton United U8s is a cause that is close to my heart, my son, Charlie, wears the number three shirt for the team. The team are a fantastic group of young lads who have progressed really well over the last season. This is an exciting time for them and we are delighted to be able to lend our support."
Carl Trickett, football team manager of Brampton United U8s said, "We were delighted to be chosen to be sponsored by such a high-profile local business. This generous donation has allowed us to purchase 14 football kits for the current U8 players and also have enough money to replace shirts as the children grown, or when new players join us. As a small club, sponsorship is a vital part of our ability to participate in football. The new kit will last us for at least two seasons and enable us to progress as a club. We are very grateful to Vantage for this kind gesture!"
We think the kits look great boys! Enjoy the rest of the season.
