At Vantage Motor Group, we're proud to support The Automotive 30% Club's Inspiring Automotive Women Week and the #WhoInspiresYou campaign, a celebration of the incredible women who are making a difference across the automotive industry every day.

The campaign encourages colleagues to recognise the women who inspire them through their leadership, dedication, support, mentorship and positive impact. At the heart of the campaign is the belief that these inspiring individuals deserve to be celebrated for the difference they make to their teams, colleagues and customers.

This year, we invited colleagues across Vantage Motor Group to nominate women who have inspired them. The response was fantastic, with nominations recognising individuals from across our business who consistently go above and beyond, whether by supporting their teams, championing inclusion, sharing their knowledge or simply making the workplace a more positive environment.
