An 18th Birthday surprise at Toyota Colne

At Toyota Tamworth, every handover is special.

However, when Chelsea's Dad Simon visited the team at Colne earlier this month and explained that he wanted to buy his daughter an AYGO as a surprise for her 18th birthday, the team knew they had to make this handover extra special.

Tim Robson, Sales Executive at Toyota Colne, worked very closely with Simon to make Chelsea's 18th Birthday a day to remember. Simon explained that Chelsea is recovering from a serious illness, and at one point doctors weren't sure whether she would actually make it to her 18th birthday. This inspired Tim to go above and beyond the usual handover and pull out all the stops for Chelsea's 18th birthday. He found out from Simon that her favourite colour is green and so, for the big day, he and the team decorated her silver AYGO with green balloons and ribbons! We have to say, it does look pretty special!

Simon chose the AYGO as the perfect car for Chelsea because it's both fun and compact with a great design, something that he believed Chelsea would love. We 100% agree - the AYGO is a great runaround car!
