Ordering My Car Online

Can I reserve a vehicle online?

Close

You can securely reserve a vehicle online for 3 days with a £150.00 refundable reservation fee. To complete the online reservation you will be asked to enter your personal details, address and payment card information. When you submit payment, the reservation fee amount will be debited from your payment card immediately.

After completing your online reservation you will receive an email from us about your order, we will then contact you to discuss the next steps.

How secure are your online payment methods?

All our online payments are transacted through Stripe, a secure verified online payment provider which utilises encrypted software protecting your card payment details. We do not store any of your card details.

Can I collect from a centre closer to me?

Yes, we can arrange to move your vehicle to a Vantage centre that is closer to your home address for collection. During the online order process, you can choose from the following collection options:

  • Collect from the Vantage centre the vehicle is currently located - FREE
  • Collect from a Vantage centre of your choice - £99.00

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to amend your order, you can do so at any point before collecting your vehicle. Please contact your supplying Vantage Motor Group centre and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to you order.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you take delivery of your vehicles. For full details on our cancellation policy please refer to our terms and conditions.

  • Pre-delivery Cancellation - If you have not yet taken delivery of a vehicle please contact your supplying Vantage Motor Group centre to cancel the order. We will refund any deposit or amounts paid, less any incurred and agree costs.
  • Payment in Full - If you have paid for your order in full, you can cancel your order at any time before taking delivery of the vehicle. Please contact your supplying Vantage Motor Group centre.
  • Finance Orders (PCP or HO agreements) - You have the right to withdraw from the finance agreement up to 14 days after the agreement is concluded. In this instance, you must contact the finance provider directly and explain you wish to use your Right of Withdrawal. You are required to settle the outstanding balance directly with the finance company. During this time you may be liable for daily interest, details of which you can find on your finance agreement.
  • Post-delivery Cancellation - If you wish to cancel after delivery or collection, please contact your supplying Vantage Motor Group centre. If we deliver the car to you and you do not visit one of our showrooms, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. However, please note the following important information:
    • You must return the vehicle to us at your own expense, or alternatively you can opt to pay us to collect the vehicle from you.
    • All vehicles returned will be subject to a returns fee of £149.
    • Although you are entitled to test drive the vehicle on delivery, if the vehicle loses any value as a results of handling by you which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the vehicle (for example, if you damage it or run up excessive mileage), we will be entitled to deduct the reduction in value from any reimbursement.
    • If you have part-exchanged your old vehicle, we will repay to you the value we assigned to the vehicle as part of your purchase, less any payments we have made to clear any outstanding finance.
    • If you originally chose to have the vehicle delivered to you, rather than collect it from us, we will not reimburse any delivery costs.

Part Exchange

Can I use my part exchange as a deposit for my next car or van?

​Yes, you can use your part exchange as either partial or full deposit towards your next car or van. If you owe finance on your part exchange that will be deducted from the valuation in order for the agreement to be settled​​

What happens if my part exchange is worth more than the car or van I am looking at?

Can I part exchange more than one vehicle?
